When it comes to inclusion, neurodiversity refers to a world where neurological differences are recognised and respected as any other human variation.
It is great to see a growing recognition amongst our Members and Partners that empowering neurodiverse talent is vital for their business. But what does this mean when implemented in practice?
Neurodiversity Network
Business Disability Forum is excited to introduce the Neurodiversity Network. This network is in collaboration with Lexxic, who are trusted advisors and specialists in the field of neurodiversity in the workplace.
Making change in any organisation is challenging. Our objective is to connect our members who want a safe and open space to discuss their own journeys. It is an opportunity for members to share good practice, lessons learned and enhance their knowledge around neurodiversity in the workplace.
The Neurodiversity Network is open for everyone in business – from HR, Disability, D&I, Wellbeing to those who work in IT, premises design, comms teams. Topics covered will include:
- Getting buy-in from your senior leadership team
- Attraction, recruitment and retention of neurodiverse talent
- Duty of care under the Equality Act
- Building cultures that are neuroinclusive
- Case studies and sharing of good practice

Meetings will be held online every quarter.
