The network brings together disability, diversity, human resources, and wellbeing professionals at managerial level to:
- Discuss the unique challenges faced by the NHS
- Share innovative practice and facilitate solutions-focused discussions with colleagues, including well-performing initiatives
- Offer plenty of time for sharing real-world, forward-thinking advice and ideas, and asking questions.
- Enable conversations to take place in a safe space.
Our meetings operate using the ‘Chatham House’ rule.
