We use a range of methodologies and approaches produce our research findings. This can range from surveys of around 2,000 people to one-to-one- conversations. Our research informs the policy work we do with businesses, regulators and Government.

June 2023: The Great Big Workplace Adjustments Survey 2023, sponsored and supported by Microlink (a research paper based on a survey of 1,480 disabled employees, 396 managers, and 99 disabled graduates, completed October 2022-June 2023)

- Graduating university and entering work: full and summary reports, based on findings from 99 graduates.
