Andrew joined the Scottish Government as part of the Graduate Development Programme in 2016. Since then he has been lucky enough to work in a variety of areas within the Scottish Government, including in Data Policy, Nursing and Midwifery Policy, Constitutional Policy and Fair Work and Disability Employment Policy where he has worked for the past few years. He is passionate about reducing the disability employment gap, ensuring not only that disabled people can access Fair Work, but that employers are aware of the depth of talent that exists in Scotland’s disabled community.
