Webinar: Covid-19 and managing mental health

Hosted by Business Disability Forum

Kerry Smith will join Bela Gor to talk about the enquiries that we have been answering on our Advice Service about how managers, Diversity and Inclusion teams and HR Professionals can best support employees and their mental health during this difficult time.

The topics will be discussing include:

  • How to support key workers who are in contact with others on a regular basis
  • Spotting the signs that someone who is working from home might be struggling with their mental health
  • Maintaining health and wellbeing while socially distancing or shielding
