Sam joined Business Disability Forum (BDF) in 2021. He joined as a Policy Officer, having previously worked in a similar role for the Chartered Institute of Fundraising. He is a passionate supporter of disability rights and inclusion.
He has a policy and research background, with experience of working for several charities and private sector organisations. This includes working for a young onset dementia charity and the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS). These experiences have strengthened his resolve to support disabled people within the workplace and in wider society.
Sam holds several academic qualifications, including a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kent and a Master’s degree from the University of York.
Outside of work, Sam is a passionate follower of the England cricket team and volunteers writing match reports for Peckham Town Football club.
