Hello, I am Rendar Mahardhika Putra, or you can just call me Reno. I was born in Jakarta, Indonesia on August 17th, 1985. I was proud since I share a birthday with my country (Indonesia’s Independence Day) and this year I turned 38 years old while Indonesia is 78 years old.
I’ve been working with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia for 15 years and this is actually my first company since I was graduated from university, so it is like a first love for me working in Coca-Cola system. My current role in CCEP Indonesia is the Head of Contact Center where I lead two big pillars customer care and sales operation to deliver best customer experience (CX) to our customer and consumers. During my tenure as Head of Contact Center I am so proud because I have received prestigious recognitions nationally, regionally and globally in the contact center industry.
My passion is working to relate to people like customer service and human capital/people and culture, that’s why I continue to study at University of Indonesia and become candidate for Master of Science in Management for Human Capital Management. My thesis is about the employers perspective towards People with Disability (PwD). Talking about PwD is a subject that very dear to my heart because I also remember how my late father losing his eyes abilities due to meningioma (tumor inside the brain) but he fight for it and inspired me a lot.
