Lois is a BSc Psychology graduate from the University of Reading who wishes to pursue a career in Human Resources.
Her specific interests throughout her psychology degree include understanding organizational psychology. Her final year project focussed on the relationship between workplace culture, workplace values and likelihood to resign, equipping her to pursue a career in Human Resources post-graduate.
During her undergraduate degree, she has also taken part in the Leonard Cheshire Change 100 internship scheme for students with long term mental and physical health conditions and disabilities. Lois undertook in internship with South East Water with a role in Marketing, developing a strategy to promote sustainable water use among customers.
