Our next NHS Network meeting will take place on Thursday, 18 January, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

This session is delivered by Victoria Williams from terptree, who has a mission to change the world for deaf people.

You will find this session educational and inspiring, walking away with what you need to make small changes to your deaf patient experience that make all the difference.

The session will cover:

  • An overview of the demographic of the deaf.
  • An understanding of the deaf patient journey.
  • The challenging parts of the experience for a deaf patient.
  • Plenty of quick wins!

This Network is for BDF NHS Members and Partners only. This meeting will take place via Microsoft Teams and will operate using the ‘Chatham House’ rule.
