Our next Customer & Service User Network meeting will be held on Thursday, 25 April, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am via Microsoft Teams.
Banking for everyone
Kathryn Townsend is the Government Disability & Access Ambassador (banking sector), and is just completing her third and final year in-role. She is also the Head of Customer Vulnerability & Accessibility at Nationwide.
Kathryn will be providing an update on her three priority areas of focus as ambassador: support for d/Deaf consumers, advocating for people with learning disability and improving consistency in her industry. She will also share information about an exciting new tool that Nationwide has led on, which supports people who are non-speaking to communicate in-branch.
