Business Disability Forum Partner Dinner, hosted by Lloyds Banking Group
Our Partner Dinners provide a relaxed and confidential setting for senior leaders who value the opportunity to step back from immediate demands and engage with peers on the some of the challenges businesses are facing in building disability inclusion.
The theme for this dinner will be AI to drive disability and neuro-inclusion. When developed and used with an inclusive co-production design approach, AI has huge potential as a tool for inclusion. While the risks are an important and core part of the debate, our focus will be on how businesses can harness the opportunities AI brings for truly inclusive workplaces and inclusive customer experience.
Following opening contributions from Diane Lightfoot, CEO, Business Disability Forum and Rachel Osikoya, Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, guests will be invited to share their thoughts and reflections on the following discussion points:
- How organisations balance innovation and opportunity with responsibility, including identifying and mitigating risks as AI is adopted at pace.
- How AI can be developed and used in ways that build trust, confidence and inclusion for colleagues with a disability or neurodivergence.
- What an inclusive design approach means in practice as AI becomes embedded in workplaces and customer experiences.
