The LBG personal development programme for colleagues with disabilities and neurodivergent conditions

Louis Jameson, Disability & Neurodiversity Specialist, Lloyds Banking Group

Louis has been part of delivering Lloyds Banking Group’s (LBG) disability and neuro-inclusion strategy for the past 11 years, taking a practical and pragmatic approach to change. He’s covered policy, recruitment, workplace adjustment delivery, training and much more.

The LBG personal development programme for colleagues with disabilities and neurodivergent conditions has been running for 26 year, focusing on laying strong foundations for delegates future careers. It’s about understanding their disability in a work context, the legal protections and support available to them as well as developing tools and techniques to increase self-confidence and self-advocacy. Ultimately it is about supporting them to own their disability or neurodivergence and thrive both in and out of work.
