Built Environment Network June 2026
11 June | 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm
The Welcome antagonist or friendly foe
How do we respond when someone tells us our workplace doesn’t work for them and it’s not accessible? Do we take this personally and feel like we’ve failed, or do we embrace it and focus on what we can do to make it better? For Lloyds Banking Group, they welcomed this feedback, and it’s taken them on a journey to continuous improvement to make their workplaces as accessible as they can be.
We are delighted to welcome Lloyds Banking Group to come and share with us their Disability Smart Finalists entry from 2025 for Accessible Built Environment. They will be sharing with us the work they have done so far, and how they continue to learn and push for greater accessibility.
This meeting is for Business Disability Forum Partner and Member organisations only. Invitations have been sent to Partners and Members that are part of the Built Environment Network. If you haven’t received an invitation and you are interested in attending either just this meeting or becoming a Built Environment Network member, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
This event will operate using the ‘Chatham House’ rule.
