About

Helping the small businesses you work with access disability inclusion support and guidance.

According to the World Bank Group, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) account for approximately 90% of all businesses globally and are responsible for more than 50% of employment globally.

Business Disability Forum’s (BDF) vision is for an inclusive world where disabled people can access employment, products and services equitably, to help us fully achieve this it is important that our support, guidance and information reach more MSMEs in the UK and globally.

We also recognise that our Members and Partner are also increasingly focused on ensuring that organisations they work with are committed to disability inclusion.

We now have a solution to help achieve this.

From the 1 July 2026 all BDF Partners will be able to refer up to 15 small business to BDF who will then be provided with a Small Business Membership free of charge (this would normally cost £750 plus VAT per year). There is no additional cost to the Partner organisation, this will be included as part of the Partner benefits from the 1 July 2026.

This webinar provides an overview of this initiative and will cover the following:

  • Why the need to focus on small businesses
  • Who will be eligible to receive a free membership
  • Details of what small businesses will receive
  • How to refer organisations to BDF
  • An opportunity to ask questions about the initiative
