There will also be time to ask questions and explore whether the Global Disability Smart Assessment could support your organisation to meet its global disability inclusion goals.
Who should attend
This event will be particularly useful for professionals responsible for:
- Global diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
- Disability inclusion strategies.
- ESG or responsible business initiatives.
- HR or people strategy in multinational organisations.
It is ideal for organisations that operate across multiple countries and want to take a more structured, evidence-based approach to understanding and improving disability inclusion across global organisations.
What is the Global Disability Smart Assessment?
The Global Disability Smart Assessment helps multinational organisations measure how disability-inclusive they are across their operations, both at headquarters and in key international markets.
The assessment evaluates disability inclusion across ten core business areas, providing organisations with insights into where they are performing well and where further focus may be needed to build a more consistent and effective global approach.
Organisations that complete the self-assessment receive a tailored report highlighting strengths, potential risks, and recommended actions to support a stronger and more consistent global disability inclusion strategy.
For organisations that want to go further, there is also the option of a verified assessment, where a Business Disability Forum disability inclusion expert reviews the results and provides additional insight, validation, and tailored feedback to help organisations deepen their understanding of their results and identify and prioritise meaningful actions.
