Two-week employer deadline on reasonable adjustment request decisions – BDF responds

Business Disability Forum has responded to recommendations from the Work and Pensions Committee aimed at improving the workplace adjustment process for disabled employees, including a proposed two-week response deadline for employers and greater transparency around adjustment decisions.
