Murteza Rafi Khan is serving as the CEO of the Bangladesh Business & Disability Network (BBDN). He is also a member of the Steering Committee of the International Labour Organization Global Business & Disability Network. Prior to co-founding BBDN alongside the Bangladesh Employers’ Federation, he worked at A.K.Khan Foundation, where he led the initiative to establish A.K.Khan CRP Chattogram Center, in partnership with the Center for the Rehabilitation of the Paralyzed, which provides rehabilitative therapy, skills training and assistive devices to persons with disabilities in Chattogram, Bangladesh. Most recently he joined the Advisory Council of the Impact Investment Exchange’s Orange Movement, to add the disability lens on a global initiative mobilizing capital at the intersection of gender equality and sustainable development.
