Senior Business Disability Partner, Business Disability Forum

Daniel is a Senior Business Disability Partner and a Lead for the BDF Global Taskforce. As an experienced disability consultant, he has supported and advised many businesses on improving accessibility and inclusion, influencing strategy and day-to-day operations.

He previously led The National Autistic Society’s Autism Friendly Business Team, bringing greater understanding of autism and neurodivergent friendly practices to workplaces and venues across the UK. He currently sits on the independent accessibility panel for Gatwick Airport (IGAP) and through his personal experience of, and expertise in, neurodiverse conditions and mental health, he continues to work with businesses to bring about real change.
