Brooke is a Senior Disability Business Partner and a Lead for the BDF Global Taskforce. She is an experienced disability consultant with expertise in Neurodiversity, mental health, and line manager upskilling, primarily working with large, private sector organisations.

Her background as a HRBP for matrixed, international conglomerates has given her first-hand experience in navigating complex organisational structures and overcoming systemic barriers. Having lived and worked across multiple countries, Brooke brings a nuanced understanding of cultural differences and how they shape inclusive practice.

Her passion lies in helping organisations redesign processes, equip managers with the confidence to lead inclusively, and dismantle the barriers that get in the way of real change.
