Sarah Minor-Massy

Sarah is the Head of Inclusion, Engagement and Culture at PwC UK, having previously led PwC UK’s DEI consulting practice. She has spent the last eight years in London focusing on organisational inclusion and using behavioural science to improve the workplace experience.

Her consulting experience spans a variety of industries across the UK, EU and US and her strongest interest has always been leadership behaviour and using data analytics to help increase buy-in and accountability for change.

Prior to moving to the UK, she spent a decade at a competitor in the US working in broader human capital consulting roles, and she started her career working in charities and public sector organisations in both California and Japan.

Sarah has an MSc in Behavioural Science from the LSE, and a Masters in Public Policy from UC Berkeley.
