Headshot of Roxanne Steel

Roxanne Steel (they/she) works with Evenbreak as their Head of Training and Consultancy, supporting employers to improve recruitment and workplace experiences for disabled and neurodivergent people.

Rox works closely with organisations on inclusive recruitment, accessibility, and everyday employer practice, helping translate policy and intent into approaches that make sense in real teams and real workplaces.

Their work spans sectors and scales, from long running programmes and national campaigns to hands on delivery with individual organisations. Rox has contributed to work connected to international institutions, the UK’s largest public services, major transport networks, and global organisations operating across complex systems. This breadth has shaped an approach that is practical, adaptable, and grounded in how organisations actually function.

Rox’s work is grounded in collaboration. They focus on helping organisations understand that inclusion is not owned by one team or one role, but is shared work that shows up in everyday decisions, language, and behaviour.

Known for a practical, people centred style, Rox brings clarity, warmth, and a touch of humour to complex conversations, helping people feel more confident engaging with change rather than afraid of getting it wrong.
