Keith is a career civil servant who has worked in both Cabinet Office and Dept for Work and Pensions. Within DWP, he has led policy work on both private and state pensions, before joining the Joint DWP & DHSC Work and Health Directorate four years ago, and specialising in disability employment policy, including leading the Disability Confident team.
