About Neurodiversity Network

The network, in collaboration with Lexxic, is an opportunity for members to share good practice, lessons learned and enhance their knowledge around neurodiversity in the workplace.

The Neurodiversity Network is open for everyone in business – from HR, Disability, D&I, Wellbeing to those who work in IT, premises design, comms teams. Topics covered will include:

  • Getting buy-in from your senior leadership team.
  • Attraction, recruitment and retention of neurodiverse talent.
  • Duty of care under the Equality Act.
  • Building cultures that are neuroinclusive.
  • Case studies and sharing of good practice.

Our meetings operate using the â€˜Chatham House’ rule.

Our Networks and Taskforces are only open to Members and Partners. For dates of upcoming meetings visit our events calendar. Please note some meetings are invitation only.
