About ELEN

Our Emergency Services and Law Enforcement Network (ELEN) helps to bring together colleagues to share best practice and provide advice within emergency service and law enforcement on disability-related topics.

ELEN brings together disability, diversity, human resources, and wellbeing professionals at managerial level in public service delivery to:

  • Cover tackling the unique challenges faced by the emergency service and law enforcement.
  • Share innovative practice and facilitate solutions-focused discussions with colleagues, including well-performing initiatives.
  • Enable conversations within different trusts and organisations in a safe space.

Our meetings operate using the â€˜Chatham House’ rule.

Our Networks and Taskforces are only open to Members and Partners. For dates of upcoming meetings visit our events calendar. Please note some meetings are invitation only.
