As a manager, there will be times when you become aware that someone who works for you isn’t happy or hasn’t been themselves for a while.
When it becomes apparent that it isn’t just a bad day you really need to talk to them to find out if everything is okay. This can be a difficult conversation, but it is vital that it happens.
