Mental Health Toolkit
Make sure your organisation is disability-smart around mental health.

Welcome to our Mental Health Toolkit, proudly sponsored by Anglo American. The resources in this toolkit are available to all Business Disability Forum Members and Partners. To find out if your organisation is a Business Disability Forum Member click here.
We currently have six resources open to the public:
- Cost of living crisis – Supporting mental health of employees
- Employee wellbeing and resilience – Talking about mental health
- Employee wellbeing and resilience – Physical health and mental health
- Why having friends at work matters
- Managing serious situations
- Having sensitive conversations.
The factsheets, case studies, videos and resources in this section will help you to understand more about how to shape and deliver your organisations mental health strategy.
Most of the resources in this section are produced by Business Disability Forum but we have also included useful resources from our Members, Partners, Associates and other relevant organisations.
We have organised the resources in this toolkit into six different sections, all related to different aspects of mental health and employment. We also share examples of what some of our Members and Partners are doing in our case studies section.

The resources we provide are designed to sit on our Knowledge Hub, so please direct your employees to use our site. However, we understand that in some instances organisations might find it more useful to host the content on their own intranets or learning management systems, please email publications@businessdisabilityforum.org.uk to discuss options to suit your needs.
