Empowering Inclusion: The Role of Neurodiversity Champions in the Workplace
Join the Business Disability Forum’s Neurodiversity Network for an engaging session exploring the value of introducing Neurodiversity Champions in the workplace. Hear from our network members at First Sentier and our new partners at Thriiver, who will share insights, experiences, and practical strategies for embedding champions to create more inclusive, supportive environments for neurodivergent colleagues. Discover how this approach can help raise awareness, reduce stigma, and drive meaningful cultural change across your organisation. Neurodiversity Champions can also offer day-to-day support, guidance, and advocacy for employees, helping them feel better understood, valued, and empowered to thrive.
