The disability inclusion ecosystem: What’s the role for business?
Our hybrid Annual Conference 2026, hosted by Bank of America in London and online, will take place on Wednesday 21 October.
Businesses in all sectors and industries play a significant role in creating an inclusive ecosystem that works for disabled people across all aspects of their lives. Whether as an employer providing a barrier-free workplace experience or through the delivery of services and products that are fully accessible to all, businesses are central to driving a disability inclusive world.
We’ll discuss the latest government policy developments and how we can support skills building and work ‘readiness’ for young disabled people. Businesses from all sectors will share what they are doing to support their disabled consumers and employees, ways in which they are promoting mental health and wellbeing, and we will explore what needs to be done to future proof disability inclusion across generations.
