Embedding effective Equality Impact Assessments to change culture
We are delighted to welcome Claudia Trott, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead at Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service. They will be sharing with us, the work they have been doing to include a trackable Equality Impact Assessment (EIA) system into their business as usual, and will share with us how this has improved disability inclusion within their service. We shall get a demo of the trackable system, and we shall also have time for questions.
Two minds – one mission
We are delighted to welcome Colin Richards and Superintendent Darren Deexs from Essex Police.
