If your organisation needs further guidance tailored to your organisation’s needs, our Advice Service can answer any questions you may have. 

We can: 

• carry out document reviews of job descriptions, webpages, application forms and other parts of the recruitment process, 

• give advice and guidance on your policies and processes – such as recruitment, onboarding and reasonable adjustments. 

• review and validation of Disability Confident Level 3 is included in our membership benefits (including a validation document, best practice advice, a one-hour consultative phone call and recommendations to help inform and plan).
