We are delighted to be joined by Paul Smith, Director at JAAQ, as they talk us through what JAAQ is all about and the power of inclusive storytelling. They will also be sharing with us the work they’ve been doing with NatWest customers, and the impact this is having, as well as sharing an exciting new video they’ve created.

Alexandra Palace and Park – making their Victorian Grade 2 listed building a hub of accessibility

We are delighted to be joined by Disability Smart Winners, Jack Brooks, Head of Visitor Services at Alexandra Palace and Park. Jack will talk us through what they have done to turn an inaccessible building, into a hub of inclusion for the community.

From adding a Changing Places facility, to providing step free access across the building, an accessible VIP Platform, to accessible signage. Jack will share with us some of the key factors that have made them so successful, to make them the location of choice for their disabled visitors.


This event will operate using the ‘Chatham House’ rule.
