This course is designed to provide recruitment specialists with the knowledge and skills to attract and support disabled candidates. Course content will provide an understanding of best practice with regards to recruitment and disability. Delegates will learn how to identify and remove barriers throughout the end-to-end recruitment journey, making the process inclusive for all.

Course delegates will have the opportunity to learn best practice and work through case studies and sample scenarios from previous work with BDF Members to provide practical insights to take away for immediately immediate use in their role.
