Welcome to the Global Assessment

Business Disability Forum’s Global Assessment is designed for multinational, matrixed organisations to measure and improve their performance on disability inclusion – for disabled customers, clients, service users, employees and other stakeholders. It helps you assess how disability-inclusive your organisation is both at headquarters and across key international markets, providing a clear picture of where to focus your global disability-inclusion strategy.

It shows you how your organisation is doing in ten key areas. These are Leadership, Learning and Development, Workplace Accommodations, Recruitment, Retention, Customers and Service Users, Procurement, Communication, Built Environment, Technology.

About this section

You have been assigned the Procurement section to complete. It contains questions designed to test your organisation’s policies and procedures to ensure procurement processes result in inclusive products and services.

How to complete

• You can look through all the questions before answering, just click the blue ‘Next’ button to move through – and don’t click finish at the end.
• Your answers will save automatically, meaning you can answer some questions and return later if you need to. Your progress will be saved.
• You must answer all questions before you submit your answers.
• When you have answered all the questions, click ‘Finish’ and your score for this section will be calculated and automatically added to the overall score.
• The score shown at the end will not necessarily be correct. You can see an accurate score in the dashboard where you accessed the assessment under ‘My account’.
• If you select ‘start again’ all your answers in this section will be erased.
• When all ten sections are complete, the ‘superuser’ for your organisation will be able to download the Global Assessment Report with final scores, and advice for what steps to take next.
