Our COVID-19 Toolkit provides free advice and guidance for organisations about how to support their employees and customers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This Toolkit is for you if you are involved in helping colleagues return safely to the workplace post lockdown and COVID-19.

Who are we?

Business Disability Forum is a business-focused not-for-profit organisation and our niche is expertise in disability as it affects business.

We can help you by sharing the tools and resources that show you how to best serve your disabled customers and provide your disabled employees with the resources and adjustments they need to perform to the best of their ability.

We have a wealth of experience: from diversity management, recruitment, human resources management, employment law, disabled people’s care and support services, people and business management, and social research, we have the depth of knowledge to work alongside you and your team.

How can we help you?

When you join us as a Member, you’ll be assigned a Business Disability Partner who’ll talk you through the resources we have available and help you get started. They’ll signpost you to solutions around your disability related questions – including to our Knowledge Hub which is packed with resources on topics such as neurodiversity, people management, inclusive communications and more.

You’ll also have access to our Advice Service, available to any manager in your organisation to talk through ideas, troubleshoot, and get case support on any disability related challenges in your business from recruitment and onboarding to performance and attendance management.
