Civil Service guidance: how DWP adopted and adapted the guidance to suit culture and practice
We will be hearing from Lynsey Murray, Joint Head of the Civil Service Inclusive Practice team, and Gary Burns, Head of EDI Expertise in Disability, Age and Carers at DWP. Together we will explore the recent Civil Service guidance to central government departments on staff network activities, and Gary will talk us through how DWP has adopted and adapted the guidance to suit culture and practice at DWP, and support DWP strategy on disability inclusion for colleagues.
