Diane Lightfoot is CEO of Business Disability Forum and one of the judges for this year’s awards. She said:
“It is a huge privilege to be involved in the judging of the Disability Smart Awards 2024. Each year, the judging process becomes harder as the quality and calibre of the entries we receive increases and that is something to be celebrated. Barriers to inclusion for disabled people as employees and consumers still exist but the Disability Smart Awards show just what can be achieved when businesses and individuals work with disabled people to achieve positive and tangible outcomes. We are looking forward to sharing stories and learnings from all of our finalists.”
