  • Susie Phillips-Baker, Deputy Chief Psychologist, Lexxic,
  • Jem Freeman, Advice Business Partner, Business Disability Forum.

Will focus on and discuss, from both a lived experience and professional perspective:

  • Why can neurodivergent individuals often make great leaders?
  • What are some of the barriers that neurodivergent individuals can experience in progressing to leadership roles?
  • What are some of the challenges that neurodivergent senior leaders might experience in the workplace?
  • How can we make our recruitment and talent management processes more inclusive for neurodivergent leaders?
  • How can executive coaching support neurodivergent leaders and aspiring leaders in navigating the challenges and opportunities of senior leadership?

The session will include an extended opportunity for Q&As and discussion.
