Julie Thomas is Director of Inclusion & Diversity at Coca Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) and has spent 25 years working in the inclusion, engagement and culture space, partnering with leaders to turn good intent into everyday practice.

She is motivated by creating workplaces that are inclusive and accessible for everyone – because that leads to stronger team effectiveness, fairer outcomes and better long term performance for organisations.

Julie also brings lived experience to her work, including an acquired disability following a car accident some years ago and her experience as a parent to a neurodivergent child, which continually reinforces the importance of designing work that works for real people.
