These Inclusive Design Principles by Barclays are about putting people first. It’s about designing for the needs of people with permanent, temporary, situational, or changing disabilities – all of us really, and comprise seven standards:
- Provide a comparable experience
- Give control
- Offer choice
- Consider situations
- Be consistent
- Prioritise content
- Add value.
