Christina has worked for Shell for twenty-one years across multiple businesses and locations such as Texas, California, Oman, and The Netherlands.  She served as the DE&I Manager for Shell USA, Inc before taking on the global VP DE&I role this May.  Christina finds great purpose in supporting Shell’s ambition to become one of the most diverse and inclusive organizations in the world. 

Ms Jones holds a degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in human resource management.  She and her husband are proud parents of an 18yrs old son playing soccer for Coker University in South Carolina and a 16yrs old daughter they have been working to bring home from an orphanage in Haiti for the past 10 years.
