HSBC: Digital accessibility spotlight
Mali Fernando MBE, Group Head of Digital Experience and Accessibility at HSBC, will be joining us. He and his team will generously share insights into the work they’re doing on their digital accessibility apprenticeship initiative, along with the progress being made on their growing global user research programme.
There will be time for questions built into the session, so please be ready to get involved.
Accessibility Maturity Model (AMM) final scores
Technology Taskforce Lead Lucy will talk you through the average scores from the recent AMM exercise.
This meeting will be chaired by Denise Wood, PwC.
