Annual Conference 2024: We can work it out – reasonable adjustments in a modern world

Our Annual Conference, hosted by BT Group, took place on 2 July 2024 in-person and online.

British Sign Language interpretation was provided by Sorenson UK.

Reasonable adjustments are essential in the workplace but meeting everyone’s needs can be complicated. Our speakers and panellists explored how to work it out together to make a more inclusive world for everyone.

The conference was chaired by our CEO Diane Lightfoot and our Director of Legal and Content Bela Gor.
