With 17 years of experience at L’Oréal—including 13 in Operations spanning supply chain and purchasing—Anahi Lafon has spent the last four years as Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Impact Director. In this capacity, she drives accountability by measuring progress through internal factual and perception metrics, including self-ID campaigns, alongside external gender equity certifications and global disability benchmarking. She also heads the pillar for Physical, Mental, and Social Well-being, addressing visible and non-visible disabilities, neurodiversity, and mental health. Navigating the workplace with both a sensory disability (hearing loss) and neurodivergence (ADHD), Anahi brings personal authenticity, creativity, and operational rigor to her work, ensuring L’Oréal’s global commitments translate into concrete, scalable actions.
