YES to Disability Foundation (Poland)

Agata Robinska is the President of Fundacja TAKpełnosprawni (YES to Disability Foundation) and an expert in disability inclusion, diversity, and inclusive workplaces. She promotes the employment and inclusion of people with disabilities in the open labor market and supports companies in building accessible and diverse work environments. Through training, consulting, and educational initiatives, she helps employers implement inclusive practices aligned with international standards and business responsibility goals.

She is the creator and promoter of the idea: “There is no diversity without disability.” Agata is also the author of two reports from the “Employer on YES” series and the guidebook “Words Have Power,” focused on inclusive communication and disability awareness in the workplace.
