Patchwork Hub – a disability led accessible employment platform connecting job seekers to flexible work opportunities.

We’ve been helping Patchwork Hub develop accessible recruitment processes for both themselves, and the organisations they’re working with. We were delighted to support them to one of only a small number of SMEs in the UK to acquire the Disability Confident Scheme level 3 (leader) certification.

Police Now – a police force community recruitment charity that aims to transform communities, reduce crime and anti-social behavior, and increase the public’s confidence in the police service by recruiting, developing and inspiring outstanding and diverse individuals to be leaders in society and on the policing frontline.

We’ve been working with Police Now with guidance on the Access to Work process and support on implementing reasonable adjustments.

Ramblers – charity with a goal is to protect the ability of people to enjoy the sense of freedom and benefits that come from being outdoors on foot.

Since joining Smarter London SMEs we’ve supported Ramblers to establish a flourishing wellbeing and neurodiversity staff well-being groups, and delivered a lunch and learn session to help raise disability awareness at the organisation.
