ELEN Network

Our next Emergency Services and Law Enforcement Network (ELEN) meeting will be held on Tuesday, 16 April, from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon via Microsoft Teams.

Intersectionality and the impact on adjustments

Following on from the release of our Great Big Workplace Adjustments survey last year, we shall be sharing with you the impact of layering different protected characteristics as a person with a disability and how this can impact their day-to-day.

The reality of bringing your whole self to work

We are delighted to be joined by Steph Lawrence from Gloucestershire Constabulary; as she shares with us personal insights around intersectionality, the perceived weakness of having a disability and the importance of allyship.

Live captions will be included as part of this meeting.

Please note that this meeting is available to ELEN members only.

If you have any further questions or if you are interested in attending, please email our events team at events@businessdisabilityforum.org.uk

To find out more about this Network, please visit the ELEN page.
