This year, we asked you to share your stories of how disabled people have been involved, included and helped create a kinder world in 2020.
Irish Wheelchair Association is a project with a team of 4 being ran in the Republic Of Ireland. This project helps 18-29 year olds with a physical disability get closer to the labour market.
It is a 3 year project and so far there are 70 people reaching their goals and targets with support from their job coaches.
