Accessibility information for in-person delegates

• The venue is step-free.
• The venue has accessible toilet facilities.  
• The auditorium is tiered, with ample space for wheelchair access towards the front of the auditorium.
• Live captions are provided. These are visible on screen, and via a weblink to view and customise on your own device.
• British Sign Language interpretation is provided throughout the conference.
• A quiet room is available.
• Assistance animals are very welcome.
• The BDF team are on hand if guests require assistance.

• The conference is live streamed to an accessible player.  This link to the player will be sent in advance.
• All PowerPoint presentations will be accessible and available to download.
• Live captions are provided. These are embedded within the player, and also available to view and customise in a separate browser.
