AJ Nanayakkara is the Director for Disability Inclusion at the LEGO Group. His team is leading a long-term disability inclusion strategy – building on small-scale pockets of progress, gradually increasing ownership and capability across the company, and securing buy-in from leadership to create lasting change. AJ has over two decades of progressive experience advancing disability inclusion in the community, and within companies like the Johns Hopkins Health System and Meta prior to joining the LEGO Group.
