The Future of Accessibility
Partner only.
There is a great deal of noise in the world today about the future of DE&I with opposing forces at play; a rowing back in the US but on the other side of the “pond” an increased focus on legislation, accessibility, and reporting.
Regardless of the rhetoric, the work goes on and the imperative to get it right for disabled people has never been more important. So, at this dinner we will focus on the developments in accessibility and inclusion that all businesses, and especially those who operate within the EU and the UK need to know about and take action on now.
From the European Accessibility Act due to be implemented at the end of June and Corporate Sustainability Reporting (CSRD) requirements to workplace and pay gap reporting requirements in the pipeline in the UK there is a great deal that businesses need to know and do in the disability and DEI space this year. With the likely, and current impact of AI on the workplace and productivity in the mix as well businesses may well need to refocus, plan and act.
Guests are invited to the discussion to share how their businesses is responding to drive forward accessibility and inclusion for disabled people in all our organisations.
